S.D. Admin. R. 74:36:08:117 - National emission standards for secondary nonferrous metal processing area sources
The national emission standards for secondary nonferrous metal processing area sources are those in 40 C.F.R. ยง 63, Subpart TTTTTT (July 1, 2018). A source that operates a unit subject to Subpart TTTTTT is exempt from the obligation to obtain a Part 70 operating permit if the source is not required to obtain a Part 70 operating permit for a reason other than the source is subject to Subpart TTTTTT. Exempted sources must still meet the applicable requirements in Subpart TTTTTT.
