S.D. Admin. R. 74:36:08:13 - National emission standards for halogenated solvent cleaning

The national emission standards for halogenated solvent cleaning are those in 40 C.F.R. § 63, Subpart T (July 1, 2018). An area source that operates a unit subject to Subpart T is exempt from the obligation to obtain a Part 70 operating permit if the source is not required to obtain a Part 70 operating permit for a reason other than the source is subject to Subpart T. Exempted sources must still meet the applicable requirements in Subpart T.
