The national emission standards for equipment leaks -- control level 1 are those in 40 C.F.R. § 63, Subpart TT (July 1, 2018). The national emission standards for equipment leaks -- control level 2 are those in 40 C.F.R. § 63, Subpart UU (July 1, 2018).
