Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 0240-05-02-.06 - CONFLICTS OF INTEREST
(1) Consistent with
the Student Due Process Protection Act, T.C.A. §
49-7-1704,
student disciplinary proceedings must include protection for respondents and
complainants analogous to, and no less protective than, the conflict of
interest provisions of T.C.A. §
4-5-303.
