Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 0360-01-01-.02 - MEETINGS

(1) The Commission shall hold at least one (1) regularly scheduled meeting during each calendar quarter. Each grand division of the state shall host at least one (1) of the regularly scheduled meetings annually.
(2) The Commission shall establish the date, time and location for each meeting.
(3) The meetings shall be conducted in accordance with Roberts Rules of Order, as adopted by the Commission, and upon a written agenda.
(4) Minutes shall be made of each meeting and approved at the next meeting unless otherwise authorized.
