Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 0400-06-02-.10 - CERTIFICATION OF NATIVE RARE PLANT STOCK

A nursery engaged in the propagation of native rare plants may receive official certification as a native rare plant propagator. At the invitation of the nursery, a Department official, or officials, will inspect native plant stock to confirm those species under propagation. Upon being satisfied as to which native rare species are involved, the Department will issue a certificate naming those native rare species which the nursery is propagating.
