Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 0455-01-05-.05 - BOARD ACTION FOLLOWING INVESTIGATION

(1) The Board or its authorized designee shall have the power to act on the report of the investigation as follows:
(a) Dismiss complaint.
(b) Commence disciplinary proceedings.
(c) Accept voluntary surrender of a license.
