Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 0780-01-27-.07 - GENERAL CANCELLATION CLAUSE RIDER
Each such bond shall contain a provision that the bonding or surety company will, at least 30 days prior to cancellation of the bond, give notice in writing to the Director of the Division of Building and Loan of its intent to cancel said bond.
