Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 0780-01-27-.39 - FILING OF ADVERTISING PRIOR TO PUBLICATION
The Commissioner may require an association to file a true copy of the text of any advertisements with the office of the Division at least five days prior to issuance, circulation or publication of such advertisements.
