Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 0780-01-28-.01 - STATEMENTS AND REPORTS - FORM AND CONTENTS

Any and all reports required to be filed by an HMO under T.C.A. § 56-32-208. Reports. shall be prepared in accordance with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners Accounting Practices and Procedures Manual in effect for the period covered by the report.
