Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 0780-02-07-.12 - ENFORCEMENT
The State Fire Marshal may make or cause to be made, inspection from time to time to assure compliance with the provisions of T.C.A. ยงยง 62-32-101 and 62-32-103. Where any inspection discloses violation(s) of the law or this chapter, the State Fire Marshal may order the correction of the violation(s) upon such terms as may be deemed appropriate.
