Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 0780-02-13-.08 - COMBINED AGENCIES

Nothing in this Chapter shall preclude the Department from approving a qualified person as both a Design Review and Construction Inspection agency. The Design Review Agency and the Construction Inspection Agency need not be the same agency. However, a manufacturing facility may not have multiple Design Review Agencies or multiple Construction Inspection Agencies at the same time.
