Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 0940-01-03-.01 - PURPOSE

The purpose of these rules is to regulate the procedures to be followed at developmental centers and mental retardation secure facilities in the prescription or administration of psychotropic medication in conformity with chapter 0940-1-1.
