Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 0940-03-07-.06 - TERMINATION

(1) The Commissioner may revoke designation at any time with a written notice:

(a) for good cause,

(b) failure to meet minimum requirements,

(c) violation of the law.

(2) A designated treatment resource may terminate the designation with a thirty (30) day written notice to the Commissioner.
