Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 0940-05-15-.02 - APPLICATION OF RULES FOR MENTAL HEALTH ADULT DAY TREATMENT SERVICES

(1) The governing body of an adult day treatment services must comply with the following rules:
(a) Rule 0940-5-4-.03(2) L ife Safety Day Care Occupancy
(b) Chapter 0940-5-5A dequacy of Facility Environment and Ancillary Services
(c) Chapter 0940-5-6M inimum Program Requirements for All Mental Health Services (new rules to be filed)
(d) Chapter 0940-5-15M inimum Program Requirements for Mental Health Adult Day Treatment Services
