Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 1120-04-.12 - LONGEVITY

The Commissioner shall establish a policy concerning the calculation and payment of longevity. Employees of the executive branch in the state service, as defined by T.C.A. § 8-30-102, hired after June 30, 2015, are not eligible to receive longevity pay.
