Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 1220-04-04-.08 - CONDITION OF METER
(1) No meter shall
be installed which is known to be mechanically or electrically defective, or to
have incorrect constants or which has not been tested, and adjusted if
necessary, in accordance with Rule 1220-4-4-.38. The capacity of the meter and
the index mechanism should be consistent with the electric requirements of the
customer.
