Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 1220-04-04-.09 - METER READING SHEETS OR CARDS

(1) The meter reading sheets or cards shall show:

(a) customer's name, address, and rate schedule;

(b) identifying number and/or description of the meter(s);

(c) meter readings;

(d) if the reading has been estimated;

(e) any applicable multiplier or constant.
