Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 1220-04-04-.44 - VOLTAGE SURVEYS AND RECORDS
(1) Voltage
measurements shall be made at the utility's service terminals. For single-phase
service, the measurement shall be made between the grounded conductor and the
ungrounded conductors. For three (3) phase service, the measurement shall be
made between the phase wires.
(2)
Each utility shall make a sufficient number of voltage measurements, using
recording voltmeters, in order to determine if voltages are in compliance with
the requirements as stated in Rule 1220-4-4-.43.
(3) All voltmeter records obtained under this
Rule 1220-4-4-.44(2) shall be retained by the utility for at least one (1) year
and shall be available for inspection by the Authority's representatives.
Notations on each chart shall indicate the following:
(a) The location where the voltage was
taken.
(b) The time and date of the
test.
(c) The results of the
comparison with an indicating voltmeter.
