Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 1220-04-05-.29 - RECORDS OF METERS AND ASSOCIATED METERING DEVICES
(1) Each utility shall maintain records of
the following data, where applicable, for each meter and/or associated metering
device until retirement:
(a) The complete
identification - manufacturer, number, type, capacity, multiplier, constants,
and pressure rating.
(b) The dates
of installation and removal from service, together with the location.
