Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 1320-08-06-.04 - DEATH OF A RECIPIENT

Upon the death of a recipient of a Pearl Harbor Survivor special plate, the plate shall be surrendered to the local county clerk. A regular plate may be obtained by a surviving spouse for the remainder of that year without payment of an additional fee.
