Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 1320-08-15-.01 - PAINTING GROSS WEIGHT ON TRUCK

Freight carrying motor vehicles using and maintaining license plates which indicate the maximum gross weight, including motor vehicle and load, shall not be required to paint the maximum gross weight in letters and figures not less than 4-inches in height on right side of vehicle within 5-feet of front wheel.
