Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 1660-02-07-.02 - AEDC LAKE

(1) Motorboats shall not exceed idling speed under the Morris Ferry Bridge or more than six (6) miles per hour within one hundred (100) feet of any shoreline or other designated area.
(2) All boats shall enter or depart loading and docking areas slowly to avoid endangering people boarding or loading boats.
(3) Boats and skiers shall not pass within one hundred (100) feet of a skin diver's surface marker.
(4) Boats shall keep a distance of one hundred (100) feet (right or left) when passing another boat.
(5) Boats and skiers are prohibited in posted areas being used by swimmers, except craft used for life saving purposes.
(6) Boating is prohibited in all areas officially marked as restricted by AEDC.
