Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 1660-02-07-.17 - CHEATHAM RESERVOIR
(1) Vessels on
Cheatham Reservoir within Sycamore Creek (Cumberland River Mile 154.2), in the
area between a line of buoys located at the Chapmansboro Road Bridge (Sycamore
Creek Mile .7) downstream to the mouth of the creek (Sycamore Creek 0.0) shall
be operated as follows:
(a) Vessels shall
operate at a "Slow-No Wake" speed.
(b) Vessels shall not tow a person on
water-skis, surfboard, or similar devices.
(2) Vessels operating in the Overall Creek
embayment at about river mile 172.5 on Cheatham Reservoir shall operate at a
"Slow-No Wake" speed.
(3) Vessels
in Brush Creek embayment at about river mile 161 shall operate at a "Slow-No
Wake" speed.
(4) Vessels operating
within Sams Creek (Cumberland River Mile 161.7) beginning at the boat ramp
beside State Route 251 (Sams Creek Mile 0.0) as designated by a line of buoys
and running the entire length of Sams Creek, shall be operated as follows:
(a) Vessels shall operate at a Slow-No Wake"
speed.
(b) Vessels shall not tow a
person on water-skis, surfboard, or similar devices.
