Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 1660-02-07-.22 - KENTUCKY LAKE
(1) Vessels being
operated on Ricketts Creek at river mile 126.5 on Kentucky Lake shall operate
at a "Slow-No Wake" speed from the mouth of Ricketts Creek through the waters
extending west to a point of 100 yards west of the facilities operated by
Ricketts' Creek Enterprises.
(2)
All vessels being operated from the mouth of Spring Creek, which is located at
River Mile 133 on Kentucky Lake, shall operate at a "Slow-No Wake" speed into
the creek for approximately 300 yards to 100 yards north and northeast of the
Spring Creek Access Launching Ramp.
(3) All vessels are prohibited in the Paris
Landing State Park Swimming Area as delineated by a line of buoys located just
southwest of the U.S. Highway 79 bridge near Tennessee River Mile 66.5 in Henry
County.
(4) All vessels being
operated in the area of the confluence of the Beech River and Tennessee River
(approximately Tennessee River Mile 135.7) upstream to the State Highway 100
bridge, as delineated by the appropriate buoys, shall operate at a "Slow-No
Wake" speed.
