Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 1720-03-07-.01 - GENERAL

(1) On July 20, 1968, a resolution was adopted by The University of Tennessee Board of Trustees which established parking authorities on each of the campuses of the University. The resolution provided these parking authorities with a mandate to prepare traffic, parking and safety regulations, to establish parking fee schedules, and to impound automobiles which are parked in violation of said regulations.

(2) The University of Tennessee Health Science Center Parking Authority has established regulations in regard to traffic and parking activities on the UT Health Science Center campus. These regulations provide for the implementation, administration and enforcement through procedures developed by the Parking Services Offices. The regulations cover violations, penalties and appeals and are as follows:
