1 Tex. Admin. Code § 123.28 - Contractor Qualifications

Interested contractors shall submit a Contractor's Qualification Form to the Commission no later than the date set forth in the notice to bidders. Forms are available with bid documents or on the Commission website, under the Division's link to forms. Incomplete forms shall be rejected.
