1 Tex. Admin. Code § 20.275 - Exception from Filing Requirement for Certain Local Officeholders

An officeholder is not required to file a semiannual report of contributions and expenditures if the officeholder:

(1) is required to file with an authority other than the commission;

(2) does not have a campaign treasurer appointment on file; and

(3) does not accept more than the aggregate amount of political contributions or make more than the aggregate amount of political expenditures specified in Tex. Elec. Code § 254.095, as amended by Figure 1 in 1 TAC § 18.31 during the reporting period.
