1 Tex. Admin. Code § 210.34 - Payment Security Compliance

State agencies and local governments that contract to use the State Electronic Internet Portal for financial transactions must comply with payment security requirements such as the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) identified or referenced in the policies and procedures manual for the State Electronic Internet Portal.
