Effective April 18, 2020, unless an exception is approved by the president or chancellor of an institution of higher education or an exemption has been made for specific technologies pursuant to § 213.37 of this chapter, all documentation and services that support the use of EIR developed, procured, or changed by an institution of higher education shall comply with the following standards referenced in US Section 508 Appendix C, Chapter 6:

(1) Chapter 6, § 602 Support Documentation; and

(2) Chapter 6, § 603 Support Services.
