1 Tex. Admin. Code § 353.3 - Experience Rebate in the Managed Care Program

Each managed care organization (MCO) participating in Medicaid managed care must pay to the state an experience rebate calculated according to the graduated rebate method described in the MCO's contract with the Health and Human Services Commission.
