1 Tex. Admin. Code § 354.1147 - Medicaid Fee Schedule

The health insuring agent provides to any requesting eligible provider a copy of the Texas Medicaid fee schedule in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Cost of the fee schedule is borne by the requesting eligible provider.
