1 Tex. Admin. Code § 354.1665 - Demonstration Year 6 DSRIP Pool Funding and Distribution
(a) The DSRIP pool for demonstration year
(DY) 6 is $3.875 billion.
(1) The DSRIP pool
for DY6A is $3.1 billion.
(2) The
DSRIP pool for DY6B is $775 million.
(b) A performer's total value for DY6A is
equal to the performer's total value for DY5, unless otherwise specified in
§ 354.1667 of this division (relating to Requirements for Continuing DSRIP
Projects).
(c) The DSRIP funding
distribution among categories for a hospital performer in DY6A is as follows:
(1) Categories 1 and 2 must comprise no more
than 57 percent of the performer's total value with the following exceptions:
(A) If the performer is a hospital that does
not participate in Category 4, Categories 1 and 2 must comprise no more than 67
percent of the performer's total value.
(B) If the performer met the 57 percent
threshold at the time of initial RHP plan submission, but later exceeded it due
to HHSC and CMS approval of a three-year project or withdrawal of Category 4
Reporting Domain 6, Categories 1 and 2 must comprise no more than 62 percent of
the performer's total value.
(2) Category 3 must comprise at least 33
percent of the performer's total value.
(3) Category 4 must comprise no more than 10
percent of the performer's total value.
(d) The DSRIP funding distribution among
categories for a non-hospital performer in DY6A is as follows:
(1) Categories 1 and 2 must comprise no more
than 80 percent of the performer's total value.
(2) Category 3 must comprise at least 20
percent of the performer's total value.
