1 Tex. Admin. Code § 357.648 - Prohibited Use of Civil Monetary Penalties in Cost Reports or Claims

Civil monetary penalties and costs a person incurs as a result of a penalty are not allowable expenses for cost reports or claims that providers submit to determine rates or payments under the Texas Medical Assistance Program.
