1 Tex. Admin. Code § 358.323 - Resource Limits
A person or a couple meets resources eligibility criteria if the value of all countable resources does not exceed the resource limits in 20 C.F.R. 416.1205.
(1) Individual resource limit. The individual
resource limit applies to:
(A) an adult who
is single, even if he or she lives with relatives;
(B) a child; and
(C) a person whose spouse lives in a
different household.
(2)
Couple resource limit. The couple resource limit applies to married adults who
live in the same household.
