1 Tex. Admin. Code § 366.521 - Child Support and Medical Support
If an applicant or recipient for Children's Medicaid volunteers to receive services provided by the Office of Attorney General of Texas (OAG), HHSC will collect absent parent information and refer the child's case to the OAG.
