1 Tex. Admin. Code § 371.1001 - Applicability

(a) This subchapter describes the disclosure requirements for applications and screening criteria used by the OIG in making a recommendation for an enrollment determination.

(b) This subchapter applies to:

(1) all applicants for enrollment as a provider in the Medicaid program or CHIP; and

(2) if requested by an HHS agency, applicants for enrollment with an HHS agency program.
