1 Tex. Admin. Code § 372.351 - Overview of Resources
(a) In the TANF
Program, resources are cash (or its equivalent) and property that is
convertible to cash (or its equivalent). Resources include:
(1) cash from income not obligated in the
month of receipt; and
(2) lump sum
payments received intermittently and no more often than once
annually.
(b) In SNAP,
the Texas Health and Human Services Commission follows the definition of
resources in
7 C.F.R.
273.8(c).
