1 Tex. Admin. Code § 56.10 - Severability
(a) All provisions of this chapter are
severable.
(b) If any application
of any provision of this rule is held to be invalid for any reason, all valid
provisions are severable from the invalid provisions and remain in effect. If
any section or portion of a section is held to be invalid in one or more of its
applications, in all valid applications the provisions remain in effect and are
severable from the invalid applications.
