1 Tex. Admin. Code § 6.61 - Comments on Proposed Rules
(a) Written
comments on a proposed rule received at the agency office shall be reviewed by
the executive director and made available to each member of the commission
before final action to adopt the rule.
(b) Oral or written comments on a proposed
rule may also be offered at the public hearing required by §
6.63 of this title (relating to
Public Hearings on Proposed Rules).
