1 Tex. Admin. Code § 60.14 - Applicant Registration
(a) The OAG may
require applicants to register their intent to apply for funding. If
registration is required, the deadline to file, including a time, date and
place certain, will be given in the RFA.
(b) Grant applications will not be considered
if the registration is not filed by the established deadline.
(c) The OAG will notify an applicant if their
application will not be considered due to failure of timely
registration.
