1 Tex. Admin. Code § 66.1 - Definitions

The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.

(1) GAAS--Generally Accepted Auditing Standards;

(2) OAG--Office of the Attorney General;

(3) UGMS--Uniform Grant Management Standards published by the Governor's Office of Budget and Planning;

(4) FTFG--Family Trust Fund Grant;

(5) RFP--Request for Proposal;

(6) IFB--Invitation for Bid;

(7) HUB--Historically Underutilized Businesses;

(8) RFA--Request for Application.
