1 Tex. Admin. Code § 71.7 - Requests to Transmit Documents by FAX Machine; Fee

The secretary of state will transmit a form or other document by facsimile or FAX machine. The fee for this service shall be $2.00 per page. For purposes of assessing the relevant fee, the cover page or transmittal page of the form or other document will not be counted in determining the number of pages in the document. In addition to the fee specified herein, some documents may be subject to additional fees as set forth in other sections of the administrative rules governing the secretary of state.
