10 Tex. Admin. Code § 200.115 - Reports to the Office
(a) PFIs shall provide reports to the Office in accordance with the Agreement.
(b) The Office may suspend enrollment of future loans of a PFI that fails to comply with reporting requirements prescribed by this section.
