13 Tex. Admin. Code § 11.21 - Bid Submission and Opening
(a) The
commission adopts by reference the rules of the Texas Comptroller of Public
Accounts relating to bid opening and tabulation (34 Texas Administrative Code
§ 20.35).
(b) Adoption of this
rule is required of state agencies by Texas Government Code §
2156.005
