13 Tex. Admin. Code § 123.7 - Economic Impact Analysis
(a) The economic
impact analysis shall be conducted at the Requestor's sole expense by an
independent economic expert; that is, a person with specialized knowledge,
skill, experience, training, or education in the subjects of economics and
state and local taxation.
(b) The
economic impact analysis shall be presented in the format promulgated by the
Comptroller's office and must include:
(1) an
estimate of the amount of revenue to be generated to the state by the project
or activity;
(2) an estimate of any
secondary economic benefits to be generated by the project or
activity;
(3) an estimate of the
amount of state taxes to be exempted, as provided by Texas Tax Code, §
151.3415; and
(4) any other information required by the
Comptroller for purposes of making the certification required by
§485A.109(b) of the Act.
