13 Tex. Admin. Code § 2.110 - Scope of Subchapter

(a) Texas Government Code, Chapter 441, authorizes the commission to establish a program of grants using state, federal, or other funds. This subchapter establishes the guidelines for awarding grants and other rules necessary to the administration of these grant programs.

(b) The agency adopts by reference the Uniform Grant Management Standards and the Texas Grant Management Standards as published by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts.
