13 Tex. Admin. Code § 31.2 - Officers
(a) The officers of the Commission shall be
the Chair and Vice-Chair.
(b) The
Vice-Chair shall be elected from the membership of the Commission for a
one-year term.
(c) The election of
the Vice-Chair shall be held annually at the first meeting of the fiscal year.
The Vice-Chair will assume his or her position immediately.
(d) Should the Vice-Chair resign, the
Commission will elect a successor.
(e) If the Chair is unavailable, the
Vice-Chair shall act in the Chair's stead.
(f) If the Chair and Vice-Chair are
unavailable at a meeting, the Commission members will elect, from the quorum of
Commission members at the meeting, a temporary chairperson to preside at that
meeting.
(g) No member shall hold
more than one office at a time.
(h)
No member shall serve more than two consecutive full terms in any one
office.
