16 Tex. Admin. Code § 100.71 - Definitions
The following terms have the following meanings when used in this subchapter, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
(1) Health professional--A person holding a
license issued by the department in a program listed in §
100.70(a) of
this chapter.
(2) Remote continuing
education--The provision of continuing education to a health professional
through the use of telecommunications or information technology.
