16 Tex. Admin. Code § 100.72 - Remote Continuing Education for Health Professionals
(a) A health professional may complete any
continuing education requirements through remote continuing education, if
permitted by applicable federal and state law and the department rules
governing the health professional's licensure.
(b) A health professional who uses remote
continuing education in a manner intended to falsely represent the completion
of licensure requirements may be subject to disciplinary sanction, including
denial or revocation of licensure.
